Randy, Just can't believe this has all happened. Your laid back style and kindness will be missed in the team room forever. Your love of Squaw Valley lives on in all of us, and we miss you - there is a course on Red Dog right now that has a big kicker that you would love. Say hello to Duke up there, and keep a watchful eye on us down here. We miss you buddy. RIP. Your friend, -Brooks.

Nancy, We will remember Randy forever as we look up Red Dog from Squaw Kids. I can only hope that my kids grow up to be as great and generous in spirit and Randy and Jess. I hope Bud and Randy keep a watchful eye over us. Sincerely, Karen, Pete, Ingrid and Max Roske

Dear Nanci,Jessica, Kelsey and Family, I attended Randy's Celebration of Life yesterday and like so many of his friends stated, "Wow"! I was very touched by the kind and gracious words spoken. They made me laugh, they made me cry they made me feel so honored to have shared a small piece of Randy's life. He was definitely someone "extra" special who had such a zest for "being"... even at five years old. Fondly, Mrs. Gordon, Randy's Kindergarten Teacher Tahoe Lake School, Tahoe City

Dear Randy, and the family, i moved to Tahoe in 5th grade right down the street from randy on highland dr.. Attending Rideout Elementary me randy and tucker were the first kids to hop on the bus for nearly a two hour bus ride. How full of energy randy was on the bus was always a fun experience, you never knew what was about to happen on our ride. Me and randy quickly became good friends, when i would go over to randys we would always be doing something outside in the fresh air. Never did he sit inside on a nice day and waste away the day on TV even if he was sick. Nancy and Bud you both made sure he was on that motive i really enjoyed that. Randy i loved how much you enjoyed this world and i know I'm gonna make sure i enjoy it to the fullest as you would! You'll live through me and all your friends will carry a piece of your spirit, all my love goes out to you and your family! You will never be forgotten!! -Danny Collins.

I met Randy when he began to join our urban bouncing club. I didn't get to talk to him long but he seemed like a genuinely kind person who loved life and being active. His life story is no doubt an inspiration and I will cherish life more because of knowing him. May you and your family and friends find peace in the celebration of your time with us all. Much respect.

Our son's first weekend ever on the team was 12/20-21 and the coach he was with was Randy. He had a great time with him and it was the perfect start for a newcomer. So Randy, thank you for that. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all. The Alten Family
