Holly Sue Dobson Memorial Fund CHARITYSMITH

The Holly Sue Dobson Memorial Fund

Holly Sue DobsonThe Holly Sue Dobson Memorial Fund, established by the Surgical Services department at The Aroostook Medical Center, is a tribute to the memory of our friend and colleague Holly Sue Dobson, RN-BSN.

Holly was an excellent and caring nurse and served as the president of the nurse’s union.  She was a fun-loving and high-spirited person who always wore a smile.  Holly was a natural leader and was truly a role model to many.  Each day was filled with the melodies of Holly singing in only the way Holly could and she leaves us with many songs left unsung.

When not at work, Holly spent a great deal of time with her family imparting much wisdom to her many nieces and nephews.  She worked closely with her church serving as an integral part of the worship team and as the advisor to the Northern Lights Youth Choir.  She went on several mission trips and did as much as she could to help those in need.

This Memorial Fund will honor Holly’s commitment to being a role model for children, as well as her love of music and God by helping to send children to Camp Nomacca for years to come.
