Walton Family Fundraiser

Thank you for your interest in the Walton Family Fundraiser. This fundraiser is an initial effort to honor Brant's memory by providing financial assistance to his family, and we ask for your participation to make it a success.

Unfortunately, the time for helping Brant has passed; however, there is still much that we can do for his family. Accordingly, this fundraiser seeks to provide Melissa and Will with a solid financial foundation for the future. Thus, in leiu of (or in addition to) flowers, or cards, or other acts of kindness, please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to this family's financial stability.

One hundred percent of proceeds from the Walton Family Fundraiser will be awarded to the Walton Family Trust via the DFS Memorial Fund. All donations are tax deductible in accordance with federal tax laws.

About the Fundraiser

In the past several months, Brant's closest friends have sought a method for contribution to the Walton family following Brant's passing. Accordingly, the DFS Memorial Fund will serve to collect and distribute financial contributions. All proceeds from the Walton Family Fundraiser will be awarded to the Walton Family Trust via the DFS Memorial Fund.

The administrators of the DFS Memorial Fund are honored to sponsor this fundraiser for the family of Brant Walton. Having lost their own father early in life (both still in diapers at the time), this difficult situation strikes a profound chord in their personal experience and in the essence of the DFS Memorial Fund. While this gift may not ease the pain of such a devasting and unfortunate loss, hopefully it will soften the road beneath Melissa and Will as they travel the distance of bereavement.

DFS Memorial Fund is a division of CHARITYSMITH: National Society of Memorial Funds, a 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to the creation and governing of memorial endeavors. All donations are tax deductible in accordance with federal tax law. Receipts for tax purposes are sent via US Mail within two weeks of donation.
