The Abraham Guevara Foundation

Abraham GuevaraThe Abraham Guevara foundation was founded on June 20, 2010 in honor of a fallen soldier, son and friend. Abraham was the victim of a hit and run car accident, on July 2 2009, Abraham was jogging along side a remote road in his hometown when a car struck him. Fate decided to take Abraham from us that night, but with the foundation Abraham’s spirit can live on forever and benefit the youth of our nation for years to come. The idea behind the foundation is to help break the cycle of youth struggling with addictions, homelessness, and or physical/mental abuse. 100% of all donations made to the foundation will go to Covenant house, a youth shelter located in Hollywood, CA that carries a “No Turn Away” policy. A major goal of the foundation is to raise enough funds to extend help and support to Peru and Mexico, a dream of Abraham’s was to work with teens overseas struggling with addictions, together we can help that dream come to life.
